Alkis Karmpaliotis

Alkis Karmpaliotis is a Junior at the Ethical Culture Fieldston School in New York. He founded AppreciateOpera.org in 2019, when he was 12 years old, with the purpose of sharing his love for opera with other children. He has authored over 50 articles, and interviewed Peter Gelb, Lawrence Brownlee, Anthony Roth Costanzo, and several other influential artists.
Jane Fitzpatrick

Jane Fitzpatrick is an avid researcher of the intersections between religious traditions and international affairs with a passion for opera and art. She joined AppreciateOpera.org in 2023 and has since authored five articles.

Evan Sercombe

Evan Sercombe is a Wisconsin-based composer and tenor, currently attending the Interlochen Arts Academy. Their music spans from art songs to large-scale chamber and orchestral works. They serve as the director of educational operations for the Deleuze New Music Collective. They began writing for AppreciateOpera.org in 2024.
